Friday night was the first annual Boat Club dinner. Starting at 7.30, there was a bit of confusion as we realised that we had 20 more guests than chairs for them to sit on! But, despite the calamitous start, some hard work from both students and staff meant that evening ran incredibly smoothly for what is only a fledgling event.We would like to thank our guest speaker, Richard Boulton, our President, John King, as well as our Headmistress, Hilda Clarke, for their support of the event and of the Boat Club.
Also, a massive thank-you from the boys to all the people who made the event happen. Pauline, Vincent, Miso, Carol, Dave, Jeeves, Ms. Ferraro and many more!
